A Seasonal Spritz To ‘Fall’ In Love With

Not ready to give up the summer spritz yet? Perfect, because a spritz can be sipped all year long. To ease into Fall, I created a fun and tasty spritz that has the best of both worlds — the flavor of the season with a little bubbly throwback to the summer.

To make this creation, I took the classic Paper Plane recipe and turned it into a full-on spritz. (If you haven’t had a paper plane you should definitely make this cocktail without the soda water for a different experience altogether.)

This spritz is more spirit forward with hints of spice from the bourbon and amaro, which will gradually lead us into Fall. Then we have the Aperol, soda water and lemon to remind us of summer vibes. Looks like we found the perfect seasonal sweet spot.
