The black and copper 3-ply cookware is made from mixed materials for the best results possible. The exterior is aluminum and features an aluminum core to expedite heating and ensure perfectly even heat distribution. The interior is non-reactive, surgical grade stainless steel, which will not affect the flavor of food and ensures that cleanup is a breeze. An additional inner layer of aluminum alloy ensures the utmost efficiency.
Oven safe up to 450°F and dishwasher safe, Viking’s cookware line also has some other helpful features, allowing home cooks to feel like a professional chef in the kitchen.
Flared rims ensure drip free pouring while integrated measuring markings on the inside of the pans require less use of measuring cups, while ergonomically designed handles are PVD coated with an elegant copper look providing the perfect accent to the matte black exterior. A steamer basket is included as well for healthier eating options.
