Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Coopers’ Craft Barrel Reserve

  • 1 tsp. Pineapple Simple Syrup***

  • 4 Dash Tiki Bitters

  • 1 Dash Angostura Bitters

  • Mezcal

  • Pineapple Simple Syrup

  • 1 Cup Pineapple Juice

  • 1 Cup Sugar

Directions

  • Rinse the glass with Mezcal and discard. Stir the remaining ingredients over ice, then strain into glass. Express orange twist over glass and discard.

Notes

  • Glassware: Rocks Glass
  • Garnish: Orange Twist
