Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 1/2 cup cornmeal

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1 1/2 cups buttermilk

  • 1 cup dried cranberries

Directions

  • In a bowl, mix butter, sugar and eggs with hand mixer
  • Add flour, baking powder and cornmeal and mix
  • Fold in cranberries
  • Pour mixture into buttered baking pan
  • Bake in oven at 375-degrees for 40-45 mins
