Semi-Homemade Chocolate Pie
Ingredients
Pie crust of your choice
8 ounces of bittersweet chocolate chips
1 1/4 cup of heavy cream
1/4 cup of butter
1 tablespoon of vanilla
Course sea salt
Whipped cream
Directions
- Warm a bowl of heavy cream
- Mix together your chocolate chips, softened butter and vanilla with warmed heavy cream
- Stir until smooth, dissolving any chunks
- Pour mixture into pie crust
- Refrigerate until solid
