Ingredients
0.75 Parts Simple Syrup
0.75 Parts Grapefruit juice
1.5 Parts SKYY Infusions Pineapple
Top with Sparkling Wine
Directions
- Add all ingredients to the shaker except sparkling wine
- Shake and strain into glass, top with sparkling to desired wash line

- Garnish: Grapefruit twist or wheel
