The company’s Heritage lasagna deep baker has more than a 6-quart capacity and can also be used for roasting turkey, prime rib, pork loins and casseroles. Designed to fit the majority of lasagna noodle brands, this dish has four inches of depth and provides ample room for layering several layers of noodles, melting cheeses and bubbling sauces. The Heritage lasagna deep baker will be available in cerise and cotton and is available at Williams Sonoma and online.
Also rolling out from the company is its new collection of classic lasagna dishes. The 5-quart dish with more than three inches of depth can easily accommodate crowd-sized casseroles, whole roasted chickens, vegetables and several layers of lasagna without bubbling over. This line is available in a variety of colors.
