Looking into the Spring this year is a whole lot different than what we were looking at last year. Many people spent time at home baking, making comfort foods, lamenting the “Quarantine 15” but also noting that it didn’t matter because “we’re all living by airport rules now.” We know. We were there.

As the impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic is still being felt, there is a return to health and wellness routines; a sense of normalcy. A sense of putting better foods in our bodies and getting out mind right.

That’s where Whole Foods Market comes in.

Whole Foods Market is bringing something to the table that is designed revitalize consumers’ overall well-being and spark renewed inspiration around daily experiences with food, as it has entered into a collaboration with Headspace. The alliance between the two brands offers the tools needed to reprioritize physical and mental well-being by tapping into positive moods associated with certain foods

Dubbed “Food for Mood,” the new IGTV series featuring recipes created by chef, food and welfare advocate Sophia Roe, in collaboration with Whole Foods Market, and Harvard nutritional psychiatrist, chef and author of “This Is Your Brain on Food,” Dr. Uma Naidoo.

The schedule is as follows:

“Our goal at Headspace is to improve the health and happiness of the world, and we’re thrilled to work with Whole Foods Market to spark more inspiration and refresh our mindset around our daily routines and experiences with food,” says Eve Lewis, Headspace director of meditation.
