Heimat New York Is Expanding Its Amazing Line Of Liqueurs And We Can’t Wait

It’s about time!

Heimat New York, a craft liqueur manufacturer based out of Westchester County, New York, is expanding its delicious line. Elderflower is the latest selection to join the lineup, which is made from 100% natural ingredients and is the first elderflower liqueur to be produced in the county. The florals come from a local Hudson Valley Farm, keeping with the company’s tradition of locally-sourced products.

“Our Elderflower liqueur is wonderfully fragrant and delicate with a complex and long lingering finish,” says Ute Londrigan, founder of Heimat New York. “By using fresh elderflower, rather than extract so commonly found in other liqueurs, we are able to bring forward the true beauty of the elderflower blossom. The liqueur can wonderfully heighten a spritz or cocktails made with various spirits.”

Already in the line-up: Blackberry, white peach, pear, raspberry, rhubarb, cranberry and nectarine.

Founded in 2018, Londrigan makes the liqueurs the same way as her grandmother did in Germany. Crafted in small batches, Heimat New York only produces its products once a year, using fresh ingredients sourced from all Upstate New York farms, at the height of flavor and ripeness.
