Recipe by Sam Nelis, Caledonia Spirits

Ingredients

  • 1.5 Oz Barr Hill Gin

  • 1 Oz Calvados

  • .5 Oz Lemon

  • .5 Oz Raw Honey Syrup

  • Top Dry Hard Cider

Directions

  • Shake ingredients together and pour into a champagne flute
  • Top With Sparkling Hard Cider
