Recipe:
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cup cornmeal
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
1 cup dried cranberries
In a bowl, mix butter, sugar and eggs with hand mixer
Add flour, baking powder and cornmeal and mix
Fold in cranberries
Pour mixture into buttered baking pan
Bake in oven at 375-degrees for 40-45 mins
Candied Pumpkin Seeds:
Brown sugar
White sugar
Cinnamon
Toast in oven at 350-degrees for 20 mins
Brown in a frying pan on stovetop with butter for 10 mins
