Pineapple Bubble Bath

Ingredients
1.5 ounces Tequila Blanco
1.5 ounces Pineapple Juice
½ ounce Lemon Juice
¼ ounce Agave Syrup
1 Egg White
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice
- Shake hard for approximately 30 seconds to chill and combine ingredients
- Strain out ice
- Shake again for approximately 30 seconds to further emulsify ingredients
- Double strain into a coupe glass
- Garnish carefully with a pineapple slice on top
