With a heat wave happening all over the country there has never been a better time to sip a refreshing and boozy long drink.
My love for the Paloma runs deep, as I love grapefruit and tequila together. But for this round of drinks, I decided to take it up a notch. Instead of adding soda water, I decided to go for the same effect but use something a bit more elegant – Prosecco! Because who says sparkling wine and tequila can’t live together in harmony?
Prosecco Paloma
Ingredients
1.5 ounces blanco tequila
2 ounces ruby red grapefruit juice
Prosecco for topper
Method
Rim glass with salt
Method add tequila and grapefruit juice to a glass
Top with prosecco
Garnish with mint
