Donut Mind If I Do

1.5 oz Coopers’ Craft 82.2
1 shot of Espresso
3 oz Whole Milk (or vanilla oat milk)
.75 oz Glaze (see notes for glaze recipe)
1 teaspoon Vanilla Paste (optional)
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake until chilled.
- Strain into a mug that has been pre-garnished with glaze and rainbow sprinkles.
- To make the glaze: 1 cup confectioners’ sugar, 1/3 cup heavy cream, 1/2 teaspoon Coopers’ Craft. Combine all in a bowl.
