Donut Mind If I Do

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Coopers’ Craft 82.2

  • 1 shot of Espresso

  • 3 oz Whole Milk (or vanilla oat milk)

  • .75 oz Glaze (see notes for glaze recipe)

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Paste (optional)

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
  • Shake until chilled.
  • Strain into a mug that has been pre-garnished with glaze and rainbow sprinkles.

Notes

  • To make the glaze: 1 cup confectioners’ sugar, 1/3 cup heavy cream, 1/2 teaspoon Coopers’ Craft. Combine all in a bowl.
