Ghirardelli Baking Chips, 60% Bittersweet Chocolate, 10 oz
Jacobsen Hand-Harvested Pure Sea Salt 4 oz.

Pie crust of your choice
8 ounces of bittersweet chocolate chips
1 1/4 cup of heavy cream
1/4 cup of butter
1 tablespoon of vanilla 
Course sea salt
Whipped cream

Warm a bowl of heavy cream
Mix together your chocolate chips, softened butter and vanilla with warmed heavy cream
Stir until smooth, dissolving any chunks
Pour mixture into pie crust
Refrigerate until solid
For garnish, sprinkle sea salt
