Delicata Squash Stuffing
Ingredients
1 whole delicata squash, sliced
2-3 standard Italian sweet sausages
1 1/2 cup walnuts
olive oil of your choice for drizzle
Directions
- Slice a delicata squash in half and scoop out the seeds
- Cut the squash into approximately .5” slices
- Place slices on a foil-lined baking tray
- Slide sausages and distribute across baking tray
- Sprinkle a slight amount of black pepper and salt to taste
- Sprinkle walnuts onto tray
- Drizzle olive oil and bake for 20 minutes at 350-degrees
