Turks and Cocos
Ingredients
½ oz. Senior Genuine Blue Curaçao
1 oz. White Rum
1 oz. Egg White
1 oz. Coconut Cream
1 oz. Lemon Juice
½ oz. Simple Syrup
Crushed Ice and Mint Leaves for Garnish
Directions
- Add all ingredients except garnish to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice to shaker
- Shake until well-chilled
- Double-strain into a double old fashioned glass over fresh ice
- Top with crushed ice
- Garnish with mint leaves
