Ingredients

  • ½ oz. Senior Genuine Blue Curaçao

  • 1 oz. White Rum

  • 1 oz. Egg White

  • 1 oz. Coconut Cream

  • 1 oz. Lemon Juice

  • ½ oz. Simple Syrup

  • Crushed Ice and Mint Leaves for Garnish

Directions

  • Add all ingredients except garnish to a cocktail shaker
  • Add ice to shaker
  • Shake until well-chilled
  • Double-strain into a double old fashioned glass over fresh ice
  • Top with crushed ice
  • Garnish with mint leaves

Notes

  • Makes one cocktail.
