Wölffer Estate Vineyard Launches The Non-Alcoholic Wine Of Your Dreams

Wölffer Estate Vineyard is known for its delicious and innovative wines, but now the brand is taking sipping to another level. Created for those who aren’t currently imbibing, but still want to experience everything that wine drinkers love about wine, Spring In A Bottle is a low-calorie sparkling rosé with a rich, refreshing, and cleansing taste profile.

“As the industry trends towards producing more alcohol-free varieties, it’s time for an option that doesn’t mean sacrificing taste,” says Roman Roth, winemaker and partner. “The world of non-alcoholic beverages has grown vastly for those who want options. This holistic approach to ‘everything in moderation’ is what differs from other sugary non-alcoholic wines on the market.”

The pink sipper is a blend of organically-grown Pinot Noir, Merlot and Saint Laurent grapes and has tasting notes of red berry, ripe peach and fresh pear. It is designed to pair perfectly with soups, spicy Asian-style dishes, pork and fish. It’s also a wonderful, non-alcoholic option to sip chilled at the pool or alongside brunch.

It’s available now for $18 for 750 ml bottle.
