Coopers’ Craft Pumpkin Pie Milkshake

Ingredients

  • Milkshake
  • 8 oz. vanilla ice cream

  • 1 Slice of pumpkin pie (cherry pie works, too!)

  • 1.5 oz. Coopers’ Craft Barrel Reserve

  • Coopers’ Craft Bourbon whipped cream

  • Whipped Cream
  • 8 oz Heavy Whipping

  • 2 tbsp Powdered Sugar

  • .5 oz Coopers’ Craft Bourbon

Directions

  • Milkshake
  • Add ice cream, bourbon, and slice of pie to blender
  • Blend until smooth, pour into desired glass
  • Whipped Cream
  • Add Powdered Sugar to chilled bowl
  • Pour in heavy cream
  • Beat with beater until stiff peaks form
  • Slowly add Coopers’ Craft bourbon and continue beating for 30 seconds

Notes

  • Garnish: Top with bourbon whipped cream and a shake of cinnamon-sugar
