Coopers’ Craft Pumpkin Pie Milkshake
Ingredients
- Milkshake
8 oz. vanilla ice cream
1 Slice of pumpkin pie (cherry pie works, too!)
1.5 oz. Coopers’ Craft Barrel Reserve
Coopers’ Craft Bourbon whipped cream
- Whipped Cream
8 oz Heavy Whipping
2 tbsp Powdered Sugar
.5 oz Coopers’ Craft Bourbon
Directions
- Milkshake
- Add ice cream, bourbon, and slice of pie to blender
- Blend until smooth, pour into desired glass
- Whipped Cream
- Add Powdered Sugar to chilled bowl
- Pour in heavy cream
- Beat with beater until stiff peaks form
- Slowly add Coopers’ Craft bourbon and continue beating for 30 seconds
Notes
- Garnish: Top with bourbon whipped cream and a shake of cinnamon-sugar
