Jacobsen Hand-Harvested Pure Sea Salt 4 oz.
1 whole delicata squash, sliced
2-3 standard Italian sweet sausages
1 1/2 cup walnuts
olive oil of your choice for drizzle
Slice a delicata squash in half and scoop out the seeds
Cut the squash into approximately .5” slices
Place slices on a foil-lined baking tray
Slide sausages and distribute across baking tray
Sprinkle walnuts onto tray
Sprinkle a slight amount of black pepper and salt to taste
Drizzle olive oil and bake for 20 minutes at 350-degrees
