RECIPE: A Negroni Sbagliato With Lambrusco In It

It was only a few months ago when the words, “Negroni Sbagliato with Prosecco in it,” were spoken so beautifully it sparked a viral moment. While the OG is delicious and refreshing, there are so many fun variations one can make on this sipper.

Now that we are walking into the cooler months, this drink would benefit from a splash of Lambrusco instead of Prosecco. Both from Italy, Lambrusco is a sparkling red wine that adds red and black fruit elements while still bringing the effervescence this drink calls for.
